Hi there thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

3 years ago our first child Eddie was born 7 weeks early and as a result spent his  first 3 weeks in the special care baby unit of Stoke Mandeville Hospital.

My wife Sarah and I were overwhelmed by the kindness, dedication and overall professionalism of the staff on the unit through those first bewildering weeks as parents.

Just over 3 years to the day that Eddie was born, I am planning to cycle from Lands End to John O Groats in June as a way of saying thank you for what the unit did for us and continue to do for young premature babies every day.

We will cycle the 955 miles in 10/11 days at an average of 87 miles a day...

All proceeds will go towards equipment on the ward and I hope that justigiving will enable you to consider sponsoring me without the pressure of any sponsorship forms...
