A massive thanks to everyone for helping me raise my target. Only just over a week to go and then off to India, looking forward to meeting everyone and yes I have packed my extra thick padded shorts!

It costs £25.00 to cure someone of the disease and with this in mind I have undertaken to raise £1,500 by cycling about 350 miles through the states of Andhra Pradesh and Orissa in the east of India. This not only raises money for the charity, but as an event, also raises awareness of the disease and helps to de-stigmatise the illness within India.

I am meeting the costs of flights and accommodation, so all of your donations will go directly to LEPRA.
