In October 2005 I donated one of my kidneys to my sister Lynda. It was a right royal success and she's doing absolutely marvellous. Now I'm getting back into peak condition (ha!), I'd like to do something to contribute towards research into the common and debilitating diseases that affect the kidneys of so many people.
