Cycle Ride was completed on 12th October 2010 - took me 6 hours 40 minutes to cycle time, from Aberystwyth to the bottom of the Menai Bridge (Anglesey Side) - average speed 13 mph - and was hard work lol!!!!
Dad would be so proud, and also greatful to all of you for your donations.

In memory of my late father, Ieuan Wyn Jones, I (along with fellow friends who are also taking part) am aiming to raise as much money as possible for charity, towards the Welsh Air Ambulance - by cycling as quick as we can from Aberystwyth (Town Centre) to Gaerwen, on the Isle of Anglesey (crossing over Telford's Menai Bridge) within a day, which is a 100 miles.
I know that it's a really mad treck (but you know me very well by now!!) but is for such a worthy cause. I'm not called bonkers for nothing!
The Welsh Air Ambulance service is now an essential part of the emergency services in rural and wider Wales. They were involved when we lost Dad, and they do an amazing job - from Holyhead all the way down to Cardiff - in helping people in need, within various trechorous and disperate locations also.
So please, if you can even spare a few pennies, please sponsor me and my friends for such a good cause.
