Hi all!!

During an evening in the pub, probably as the result of too much rum, we decided that some inspiration was needed to leave the comfort of the sofa and get running. That inspiration arrived in the form of the Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon which we will be running on 12th October 2008.

We are hoping to raise money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association, which offers support to people diagnosed with the disease. Any sponsorship will be hugely appreciated! Please be generous - we're hoping that raising money will lessen the horror of what its to come, and keep us moving when our knee's have packed up!!
