Back Up services include mentoring, wheelchair skills training and activity courses as well as support in getting back to work or school after an injury. We provide peer led tailored support to help people adjust to a spinal cord injury and inspire independence and confidence for a positive future.

Story

The 'Rock Ness Monsters' are carrying spinally injured Vanessa up Mount Snowdon (the second highest point in the UK) to raise money for the Backup Trust.

Backup is a charity that assists people ‘get a life’ after a traumatic spinal injury.

Your SUPPORT would be much appreciated and we hope to see you all there to celebrate and support such a brilliant charity!
