Thank-you for looking at my page, whilst you are here why not donate some money to a very worthy charity, the Royal National lifeboat Institute (RNLI)

I have been with the RNLI at Gorleston, Great Yarmouth for about 20 years, and I have been a runner for 3 years, so I have decided to put the two things together and try and raise some money for this great charity.

The event is the BUPA Great north run on Sunday 19, September 2010, and I hope to raise £500, so please dig deep and help me with this quest.
