I ran the Berlin marathon on Sunday 20th September in 5 hours and 11 minutes. It was a great run, not my fastest time, but a very good day. Its a marvellous city and the spectators did a wonderful job cheering the runners around the course.
The BRT is trying to find cures for some horribly debilitating disorders of the brain. Please join me in helping to knock these killers on the head; Alzheimers, Parkinsons, Huntingtons, multiple sclerosis, motor neurone, brain tumours, epilepsy and stroke.
