Hi,

Mission completed in terms of running the London Marathon but please don't let that stop you donating to Bowel Cancer UK. Its work goes on all the year.

Bowel cancer is a major killer but doesn't get the same publicity as other cancers. It's a disease that has afflicted several of my wife's family and she had to have a tumour removed in 1999.

Please give generously.
