Story
<p> </p>
<p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Over the past year I have lost 2 close friends and a family relation to prostate cancer. I have seen what this charity has done to help my friends and their families from the beginning of finding out they have cancer to the day they passed away.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> In 1999 I had a accident which left me with spinal and knee</span><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> </span><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">disabilities. I also have </span><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">C.O.P.D</span><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><strong> </strong></span><strong style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-weight: normal;">(</span></strong><em style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-color: white; font-style: normal; background-position: initial initial; background-repeat: initial initial;">Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease)</span></em><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">, </span><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Bronchitis, </span><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">chronic Spondylitis, Arthritis throughtout my body, Frozen shoulder plus severe authiritis in my left shoulder ( of which i am waiting a operation),</span><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> </span><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">I.B.S</span><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> </span><strong style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">(</strong><em style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-color: white; font-style: normal; background-position: initial initial; background-repeat: initial initial;">Irritable bowel syndrome),</span></em><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> Virtigo, 5th/6th vertebrae touching my spinal cord, </span><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Insomnia, O.S.A</span><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> </span><strong style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">(</strong><em style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-color: white; font-style: normal; background-position: initial initial; background-repeat: initial initial;">Obstructive sleep apnea) , disfuntional</span></em><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> bladder,i have a hernia and i am hard of hearing ( ware earing aids), Last year i had two strokes.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Since 2006 I have helped a great bunch of lads to raise funds for Macmillan Nurses, Rainbows Children’s Hospice, Help 4 Heroes and The ghurkas Trust.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">After loosing one of my dearest friends. I have decided with help from two of my fishing friends to raise funds by running a fishing match at Coppice lane pools, Hammerwich, Staffordshire on the 7th July 2012.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> I have since thought that the fishing match is not enough to show how much i am willing to raise funds for this charity. So with help from a medical nurse and first aiders i have disided to walk 3 miles to the fishery with all my fishing gear on a trolly, This does not sound a lot to most people but to a person with my illnesses and disabillities this is going to be very pain full and tought. before the start of the fishing match. At the moment i am at phisiothrapy twice a week to try and help me with stanima. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">So now its your turn the more sponcors i get, the more detirmined i am to complete the whole day. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">If you would like to fish the match please email me for more details. </span><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">All anglers welcome welcome.</span></p>
