As Im sure some of you will remember, last summer we cycled over 940 miles from Lands End to John O'Groats raising over £3000 for Depression Alliance. This year we are going bigger and better. Joined by Tom Welsh, Tom Murphy and I have decided to cycle the 1400 odd miles from the Colosseum in Rome back to Marble Arch in central London, UK. Covering over 80 miles a day, we are aiming to complete this Journey in an ambitious 18 days!
This trip we will all be raising money for Depression Alliance, the leading UK charity for people with depression. It works to relieve and prevent this treatable condition by providing information, support and understanding to those who are affected by it. It also campaigns to raise awareness amongst the general public about the realities of depression
