Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  I've decided to run, yes run, the Tesco's Waterside Half-Marathon on September 12th 2010.  So I thought that it would be easier to train if I had a goal - and what better way to pile on the pressure than run it for charity?!  So my nominated charity is Children in Crossfire - so please dig deep and donate now.
