Hello! Thankyou so much for visiting my fundraising page- I really beleive that this cause is relevant to everyone- young suicide is an increasing epidemic stealing more people every day. Although I hope to raise a lot of money, I am also keen to raise awareness- if at least a few people just click on the website and see what it's all about it could make a difference and save a life. Young suicide- especially in young males aged 16-26- is becoming increasingly prevalent and is an especially painful way to lose someone close to you. However it just isn't talked about enough- I think this needs to be addressed. By donating money to this charity you are allowing them to reach more people- helping those thinking of suicide, or those that suspect a friend of family member to be suicidal- offering them guidance and support. On the 5th of April I'm running the Chris Hoy Edinburgh half marathon- something I've been training for since november- and I hope to raise as much money as possible through sponsorship for this amazing charity.
