I've decided to make this a yearly endeavour now, so I've signed up again for my 3rd London marathon in a row...Maybe 3rd time lucky, I'll finally overtake Paula Radcliffe - aiming for a sub-3hr race this year. (If by sub-3hr you understand sub-7hr.)

This year I'm "running" for Mencap, the charity for people with learning disabilities and their families. It's a great charity and needs as much support as they can get!!

Again, I'll be running in fancy dress. Again, I've not yet decided what but it probably won't involve a fat suit this time, as I got waterlogged last year when the heavens opened...
