We have finally completed the London Marathon! After running through sunshine, rain and hail we made the finish line.

The atmosphere and noise from the 1/2 million spectators was amazing and helped us push through the highly painful last few kilometres to get through the 42.2kms

The beers after the run definitely tasted good!

Jon finished in 3hrs58 and Ross in 4hrs31.

Training is off to a good start.  We have already achieved 7k over the
weekend.  Only 35k to go! 

UPDATE: We achieved 12k over the weekend.  Only 30k to go! 

UPDATE 13/01/2008: We achieved 14k this weekend!

UPDATE 03/02/2008: We achieved 16km this weekend!

UPDATE 04/03/2008: We achieved 24km (15miles) this weekend! Only 11 miles to go!

UPDATE 09/03/2008: We completed the adidas Silverstone half marathon on the weekend! Jon ran it in 1:49 and Ross in 2:10. Now just need to double the distance in 5 weeks!

UPDATE 16/03/2008: Jon and I ran 17 miles in three hours last weekend. Only 9 miles to go!

UPDATE 23/03/2008: Jon and I ran 19.6 miles in three hours 22 minutes last weekend. Only 6.5 miles to go!
