Danny and I have signed up for the Event Aid 3 Peaks Challenge on 23/24 August 2008. A group of 10 of us are attempting to climb the three highest peaks in the UK: Ben Nevis (1344m), Scafell Pike (978m) and Snowdon (1085m)...... in 24 hours (and that's including travelling between the peaks)! We'll be trekking 25 miles up and down 9,000m of mountains.

We're raising money for a local charity called SpecialEffect. They help develop software and computer games that young people with severe disabilities can use through their eyes alone. They are a new charity, so whatever you can give really will make a big difference to them. Check out the Youtube link on the left to see a video from the BBC about them.
