About our charity : Scottish Motor Neurone Disease Association Scottish Motor Neurone Disease Association
SMNDA Provides care, support, information and research into motor neurone disease. MND is a neurodegenerative condition leading to paralysis of the limbs and inability to swallow amongst other symptoms. Average lifespan after diagnosis is 14 months, there is no known cause or cure. SMNDA operates almost entirely upon voluntary donations

Our personal message:

My daughter Emma (16) has been diagnosed with MND. She has recieved excellent support from the Scottish MND Association so it is time for me to give something back.

On the 11th May there is a 4 or 6 mile fun run/walk at Strathclyde Park. I'll be doing the 6 mile route but no promises on the "run" part!. If you not comfortable donating then why not come along and enjoy the day out !
