My daughter Emma (16) has been diagnosed with MND. She has recieved excellent support from the Scottish MND Association so it is time for me to give something back.

On the 11th May there is a 4 or 6 mile fun run/walk at Strathclyde Park. I'll be doing the 6 mile route but no promises on the "run" part!. If you not comfortable donating then why not come along and enjoy the day out !
