UPDATE: Thanks to the generosity of supporters I am changing my target to £500. Very many thanks! _________________________________________________________________ Jump Update: Just had a fantastic day in the Lakes - but no jump! Unfortunately, it was too windy. We had the jump training, which really helped to reassure me, in the morning. Then we idled away the hours, hoping for the wind to drop, before deciding that it wasn't going to happen today and re-booking for the end of September. Thanks to everyone for your support so far. Now I've had the training, I am actually looking forward to making the jump. If you haven't sponsored me yet, now you have until September 27th! It would be great to get to £500! Love, Rosslyn ________________________________________________________________ Hi There! Just two days to go and we now hear that we may be rained off! But, all being well... On Saturday 16th August I will be standing at the edge of an open doorway in an aircraft flying at 10,000ft....then freefalling back down to earth at speeds of up to 120mph. Hopefully, I get to land in one piece too! Yes, its crazy and I can't really believe I am doing it. But I guess of all the sponsored events I've done in the past this is the one where your donation really counts. I will need your moral support and cash! I need to raise at least £400 for the Wildlife Trust to get me to do it. I have already raised £347.63 - can you help me with the last £50 or so? Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Lancashire Wildlife Trust gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
So please sponsor me now and help me raise money for a living landscape for wildlife and people in the North West!
