I'm entering the Fun Run to support Momentum Scotland and return some of the support they gave my friend Murray Adam.

The Big Fun Run is in Hazelhead Park on Sunday 11 October and the image on the left may just be a little too prophetic....  I'm doing 5km with my friend Sandra, Murray's Mum.  Murray was my fitba buddy but our friendship went back years.  Later in life, when he needed support Momentum were there for him and I know he and Sandra appreciated all they did.

I was easily convinced to do the run and all the funds raised are going to Momentum Scotland.  There's a wee bit about the charity on the left of the page, but I think it's enough to say, they gave Murray some sterling support at the time he needed it.
