Story
Hello. I'm Ross Lowe. You may remember me from such classics as "Drunkenly Staggering Home From The Defector's Weld" or "Looking Dashingly Dashing Stood Next To The BBC Photocopier" (they only have one). Now I'm here today to ask you to dig deep into your pockets, pull out all the fluff and then dig deep again to see if you can find any coins. I'm running in a 10K race in London's Victoria Park on the 13th of June to raise money for the trauma unit at the Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel. It's an amazing place staffed by truly amazing folk and I say this with some authority having thrust a camera in the poor sods faces day-in day-out as we made the BBC1 TV series 'Hospital Heroes' there last autumn. If you don't believe me, have a look on BBC1 for the remainder of May at 9.15am Monday-Friday and witness for yourself the amazing work these people do. It's amazing (if I haven't made this clear enough already). If you could spare a few quid in the name of me getting sweaty then I would be very, very grateful. And if you fancy coming along and watching me conk out at the end, then do pop down to Victoria Park, Hackney at 11am on Sunday 13th of June. Thank you very much, you lovely lovely people. And now, some words from the people at Just Giving...
