Story

Carnegie Rowing Challenge - 'row for rugby league'

Rugby League fans and Champions of the game are preparing for a marathon challenge to raise money for Try Assist, the Rugby League Benevolent Fund (http://www.rflbenevolentfund.co.uk/). The Carnegie Rowing Challenge at Leeds Met Uni is a 26 mile indoor rowing marathon to raise cash to help amateur and professional players who have suffered life-changing injuries.

DONE!  It was an incredible day at Leeds Met, with records broken and inspirational achievements from rowers like John Power. I finished in 3hrs 6 mins and the support from all my sponsors and everyone there on the day kept me going - thank you so much.  http://www.leedsmet.ac.uk/sport/carnegierowingchallengepreview.htm
I'll definitely be back next year - thanks again for helping me raise money for this fantastic cause, Martin :-)
