Heart disease affects both sexes, people of all ages and, sadly for me and my family, it claimed the life of my father earlier this year. In his memory and to help the millions of other sufferers, I willing be running the 26.2 miles of the Flora London Marathon on 26 April 2009 to raise money for the British Heart Foundation. Heart Disease still kills more people than any other disease, including cancer,  so please help me raise as much money as possible for this excellent charity by sponsoring me now.
