<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit&nbsp;our JustGiving page.</p> <p>The Royal Oak has supported Helen &amp; Douglas House for a few years now and some patrons have even visited with gifts for the children. This is a wonderful cause and a marvellous excuse to donate a little (or a lot) and feel good for the rest of the day.</p> <p>We will be cycling 45 miles from The Alford Arms nr Hemel Hempstead via 3 other pubs to The Royal Oak, Marlow. Everyone is invited to The Oak where there will be a barbeque, beer&nbsp;and a lot of weary people in skin tight clothing.</p> <p>If you need the incentive of our pain or discomfort to help you dig deeper, one of the pubs is in Penn at the top of the Hughendon Valley, it's a hell of a climb in a car!!</p> <p>If you've signed up but are not listed on the team please email me at the pub.
