Habitat for Humanity was founded in 1976, with the sole aim of ridding the world of poverty housing. Using donated money, materials and labour we work in partnership with people in need of shelter to build safe, decent homes in over 90 countries around the world. Today we have built over 260,000 homes, helping over one and a half million people in more than 3,000 communities.

Yes It's true everyone ... I'm off to South Africa to help build houses in the townships with Habitat for Humanity ... and I'm not getting paid a penny!.

This is usually against my ethos, but I feel that it's time to do something worthwhile and go and help others that are in desperate need.

I am fortunate enough to have a wide range of friends and business clients... so if you know me from youth camp then £1.00 is fine. If you are one of my business clients, I will not be offended if you want to throw large sums of money at me and donate £500.00... where else can you get such good value of knowing I am working hard in a hot country for free.

I will post pictures of the project to you all after the build, and will also inc a short 3minute video of what I will be doing.
