On Friday, I am walking the Maclehose 100km Trail. I am supporting ECHO, as ECHO supported our family, when Amy had to have open heart surgery at Guys Hospital in London.

Since August the training has consisted of 5 - 10 hour hikes around Hong Kong, but as the Maclehose is expected to take approximately 24 hours there is an "unkown' element to the challenge. I am a little apprehensive as I've not been getting any younger. If, in these difficult times you could make a  donations I would very much appreciate your generosity
