I'm taking part in the The Big Ride from Edinburgh to London. 450 odd miles of lovely pedalling taking in en route Selkirk, Newcastle, Northallerton, Bradford, Sheffield, Loughborough, Northampton and Luton. Starting out next Saturday 1st August and riding back into London on Sunday 9th.

The goal is primarily to raise awareness of the plight of Gaza's children during conflict times and secondly to raise money for Emergency Aid for Children in Gaza via the charity Middle East Children's Alliance.
