The family is running 5k to raise money for our local hospice. A cause close to our hearts.

Lisa is doing a bit of training, really determined to run the whole 5k without stopping. The rest of the family are doing no training at all. Alan is working on the principal that he doesnt want to injure himself before the day. Obviously youth will carry Tom and Emily through but I think a stretcher will be needed for Alan!

We are running in Santa suits on the 13th Dec... The suits are all one size..huge! Emily and I can both fit in my trousers! should make it interesting.

I know its just before Christmas and times are hard but just a few pounds will really help.Please give if you can.
