Ayaan, Zian and Kaden Aluwihare are working closely with the local Reptile Park to raise awareness and money to help save the koalas.

At school this term they have been learning all about animal habitats and the devastating effect of natural disasters, such as the recent floods and bush-fires. Koalas have recently been classified as an endangered species, hence it is imperative that we act soon to protect these beautiful native animals.

The Australian Reptile Park in the Central Coast in collaboration with Aussie Ark are launching a campaign to raise funds for the planting of 100,000 trees. Ayaan, Zian and Kaden would like to raise $500 to support this cause which is very dear to their hearts. Every $5 will plant one tree!!

The boys will be donating their pocket money to this important cause and would like to ask for the support of their family and friends. Any amount you can donate will be very much appreciated and will make a massive difference to the reforestation of the koalas' habitat.
