Beating Bowel Cancer is a national charity working to highlight awareness of symptoms and promote early diagnosis of bowel cancer. It encourages open access to treatment choice for those affected and aims to save lives from this common cancer.

Thanks for visiting ours site. As many of you are aware both Susan and Pip have lost parents to Bowel Cancer in recent years. With this in mind they, and their very supportive friends and family have just run 13 miles from Newcastle to Southshields to raise as much as they can on behalf of beating bowel cancer. We would love you to sponser us, whatever you can. Whether you can afford £1 or £100 every little bit helps.

The next fundraising event is A quiz night the Plough Pub at Sleapshyde, on Tuesday 21st October 2008 at 8pm. Then why not join us for Wacky races at St. Albans RFC on November 15th at 7.30pm.
