As luck would have it today at the Gym he appeared and sat and rowed alongside me!!!!!!    Arghhhhhhhhhhh   (anyway for the welsh  I tried my best but was done Guv  by a Pro)   Sorry Wales!!

I am rowing the Million Metres to raise cash for this great charity, would you be kind enough to pass to anyone you know, and anyone you don’t. I don’t care were the cash comes from.

Having been a patient at Headley Court. I know first hand what sort of fantastic treatment our service personnel are getting. However, this is help that will be needed for life. 

So spare a thought when you by your next Coffee and Cake, you could have donated that to me.  Not the Cake or the Coffee, JUST THE CASH.
