I know I'm crazy. And I know I said never again.
But here I am. Twelve months on. Planning a repeat performance.
The blisters are back. So are the early mornings - the rain, the wind and the snow.
But once again I'm running for the Samaritans - which makes the pain, the sweat and the tears worthwhile.
