congrats on your decision to make the kindly gesture of supporting tom and I as we endeavour to raise a grand for addaction -  the charity committed to supporting those affected by drug and alcohol abuse

it would appear we have signed up to run the royal parkes foundation half marathon on the 11th of october, a distance of no less than 13 miles and to be honest, approximately 10 or so miles longer than I atleast, prefer to run

nevertheless... we're decided to give it a shot and as such, would be extremely appreciative of any and all support you can give - namely the stone cold cash money kind!!

we've got a fundraising target of £1000, but i am hoping that we can do a little better than that

tom and i have agreed on a friendly wager as to who is going to run the quicker time, however we haven't finalised the exact terms - as such, if you've any ideas on what humiliation you feel the loser should suffer then please feel free to add into the comments when you donate.. and for the record... most people have seen me in a dress before so that one's already out!

the race is only 7 or so weeks away, but we've already started training - tom is foolishly engaging in athletic running, however I have been researching what kind of moustache to grow - hey... check out some of the photo's I've attached -  a killer 'tasche has to be the key to success - it worked for de castella!
