I'd like to say I'm a runner, but I'm not really...I ran this half marathon 3 years ago and boy is it tough. I'll always remember a big hill after about 10 miles - it's giving me nightmares already. What better way to help me up that hill than to raise some pennies for an amazing charity!

Shed@ThePark is an inclusive theatre company and it's a fantastic project which relies on donations and on volunteers. It runs a childrens theatre and youth theatre for children aged 7-16 on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.
I've been involved since helping out on the 2007 production 18 months ago - its easy to get hooked. I think that was their plan all along.....
