Hi everyone. My name is Ben Rowe. I am running the Manchester Marathon on 28th April 2013. I am running this in aid of Barnsley Hospice.

 

As the people that know me know my Mum passed away from cancer in June 2005 and all my family was helped a great deal by the care and assistance provided by Barnsley Hospice to help us through the difficult time.

 

My Dad also passed away in September 2012 and it was in his will that he would like us to continue to support Barnsley Hospice in the future in memory of them both.

 

To show my appreciation to the Hospice I will be running this marathon to help raise funds to keep the hospice running for years to come.

 

Please be generous and sponsor me as much as you can to finish this marathon. It will be difficult and there will be difficult times along the way but no matter what people may say i WILL finish this marathon in memory of my Mum and Dad.
