Story

Update to page 23 October 2010

Sam and Neil are running the Dublin Marathon on Monday 25 October 2010.

We now have more reason than ever to complete the marathon and to help raise as much money as possible for the Rowans. Neil's dad (Michael) suddenly passed away on Thursday (21 October) after a short illness. We are now running in memory of Sam's mum (Pam) and Michael.

Thank you SO much for all your donations to the Rowans so far. The page is still open for those of you that knew Michael and would like to make a donation in his memory.

Love

Sam and Neil xx

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thank you so much for visiting Sam and Neil's Rowans Hospice Fundraising page!

We are walking, jogging, running (and maybe even sprinting - "ONLY JOKING!!") to raise money for the Rowans, a cause which is very close to our hearts.

The Rowans cared for Sam's lovely Mum (Pam) in March this year. We will never forget the support they gave to her and to our family during that time.

"We've gone completely potty" and will be running the Dublin "Baile Athaaaaa Cliiaaaaath!!!" Marathon on 25 October 2010! Sam completed the 12-mile Rowans Moonlit Memories Walk on 19 June (which was on "Jack and Bobba's birthday, where's the cakey cake!?") and Neil is already well into his training, listening to his beloved iPod at the same time, using "the best headphones EVER!"

We'd love to give something back to the Rowans for the wonderful work that they do and we are so very, very grateful for your donations, no matter how small. In memory of Pam, who really was one in a million.

Thank you very much...

"Bye bye bye bye bye bye bye bye!' and Allan OUT!" for now.

Sam and Neil xx

(P.S. We borrowed some of Pam's famous catchphrases in this copy!)
