We provide expert care and support to young people with cancer

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our fundraising page.

On Sunday 10th July 2011, fourteen intrepid members of the UK poultry industry will be taking to the streets of London and running around its major sights to raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust (TCT) in the London 10km race.

Some of us have never ran 1km before let alone 10km, so its a big challenge, but having cancer as a teenage is a much greater one. All the money we raise for TCT will go to support the UCLH (University College London Hospital). TCT are building a new unit due to open next year that will continue the fabulous work they do supporting teenagers battling with cancer.

Every penny will make a difference to teenagers suffering with cancer - we will do the training if you can please donate some money to our charity.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - we raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please sponsor us now, don't be a chicken ! Thank you.

A big thank you to:

Kay Rushby donated £25

Rob Newbery donated £25
