Hi, thanks for coming to my page.
It has been a life long ambition to run the London Marathon and what better way than to raise money for such a good local cause. Fundraising is going really well-Next plan is to hold a car wash at newquay firestation on Saturday the 3rd of April, thank you to Betty, Brenda and Sylvia at St.Michaels church who allowed us to sell cakes at their coffee morning, we then sold the left over cakes to local busisnesses- total raised for a mornings work-96 pounds not bad hey? If you are in Newquay on the 4th of April we will have more delicious cakes at Trenance Cottages, come and say hello, i'll keep you posted.

FLEET is a local charity, who help to finance additional equipment and kit for ambulance personnel across the county. In Cornwall there is little the crews can do about the time it takes to get to hospital when you live in rural areas however, thanks to the work of FLEET, and the kind donations received from the people of Cornwall and beyond, they carry the best possible means of stabilising and saving lives.
UPDATE JAN 2010:
singing in truro was very successful if not a little embarassing, thanks to all those who donated and helped together with the bag packing we have managed to raise nearly 700 pounds between us. We also sold cakes and bakes in lostwithel and managed to end up on internet tv!! Hopefully going to get some local schools involved in the next few months.
