Hi there!

I'm aiming to raise £1,000 for the CHARGE Family Support Group - which supports people with CHARGE Syndrome andtheir families - by running the Chichester Half Marathon (13.1 miles/21km) in October!

About CHARGE 

Last year my niece Eva was born with CHARGEsyndrome, a complex and rare genetic condition which affects 1 in 10,000 births worldwide. Babies born withCHARGE often have complex heart problems, breathing issues, hearing and/orvision loss and other factors affecting their senses which impact on their development andcommunication.

About Eva

Eva is deaf, visually impaired and hashad a tracheostomy, which means she has a tube in her neck to enable her tobreathe safely. She also has a permanent feeding tube in her stomach andvarious other issues.  Due to Eva's condition,my sister Jemma and her husband Steven have to watch Eva 24/7, which as you canimagine can be extremely exhausting and tough. 

About The CHARGE Family Support Group 

The CHARGE FSG have been agreat support and have helped Jemma and Steven to feel less alone in this challenging situation. They are a small charity and so I would love your help in raising funds and awareness, so that they can continue to be there for people with CHARGE and help bring these families together more.
