We thought we would honour Ryan´s memory by raising money for the Lincolnshire & Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance by running, walking or crawling the Torrevieja Half-Marathon (28th Feb 2010). Given the fact that we only have 3 months to start dieting and training, this is quite a daunting and scary challenge for us !
For those of you who didn´t know Sorelle´s cousin Ryan, he tragically died whilst out on his scooter, (through no fault of his own) in 2008, at the age of 17. The best efforts of the emergency services were unable to save Ryan´s life, but when we asked Ryan´s mum and his Auntie Sandra which charity they would like us to run for, they both thought it would be fitting to raise money for the air ambulance service which saves very many lives all year round, and relies heavily on charitable donations.
We´re not expecting big donations though, and you can show your support for us by just donating a quid.

Update: 19/11/2009 - thanks to all our VERY generous donors we have already reached our initial target of £200.00 (thank you, thank you, thank you!) and are raising our target to £400.00 !!
