I am running several half marathons & 10k races this year to raise money for Young Minds Trust in memory of my brother, Michael 'Daddyblues' Thompson who passed away on 11th August 2010.

YoungMinds is the UK’s leading charity committed to improving the emotional well being and mental health of children and young people. Young Minds is driven by their experiences they campaign, research and influence policy and practice.

They also provide expert knowledge to professionals, parents and young people through their Parents’ Helpline, online resources, training and development, outreach work and publications.
