My last ever update! What a journey: 42 runs 360 miles this year! Crunch time tommorrow. Thank you for all your donations 125% of target which is incredible and all for such an amazing charity. Really rocking and rolling! 89% of target raised £1340.00 only £160.00 to go and two weeks on Sunday till the big day. Thank you too everyones support and putting up with me of late! It has taken over my year so far, looking forward to the sweetest pint ever when I finish!

That was Brentwood half done! Personal best of 1hr 59mins 58secs so under two hours! (just) not long to go now training slowing down slightly just under for weeks and 83% of my target achieved still little bit more to go so give what you can text BRAD80 £1 to donate a pound or click on the link. Did the big 20 miles today felt good battery ran out on phone so no music the last hour really had to dig deep! Looking forward to the day the crowds will keep me going! Many thanks to everyone who has donated amazing at the amount raised so so pleased and the charity will be also! Have Brentwood half marathon a week on Sunday, bring it on keep on running.

That's the Milton Keynes half done in a personal best of... Just under two hours will find out official timings tomz! It was the hardest run ive ever done, for the whole two hours heavy rain and cold wind and to top it off the last two miles it was snowing!!!!! (the last 0.5 mile is uphill) in the end it was all worth it, all good practice for the BIG ONE in 7 weeks time! Thanks to all those who have donated so far! Keep on running!

Thank you, very much for everyone's donations so far the adventure continues! My training in numbers so far: total miles this year 2012 is 143! With this week done me most miles in a week and biggest run to date 11.3 miles and in total running 32.5 miles this week have couple of half marathons to come Milton keynes on the 4th March and Brentwood on the 25th. Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page To My family, friends,colleagues and customers! If you don't already know this year I will be running the virgin London marathon 2012 I know it sounds crazy but I have been planning and mentally preparing myself for this challenge of a life time for nearly 2 years. Let's say back then a mile round the block and I would be on the floor and recovering for days! The next 3 months are going to fly by, next thing I know I'll be waiting in anticipation for the 26.2 mile adventure to start. Not only is it an unique opportunity to raise vital funds for such an fine cause, to me it is one of those moments in your life that you will never forget that feeling of crossing the line and crossing another thing off the bucket list. The important thing to remember is that ultimately I will be raising funds through sponsorship in order to further support First Step and the fine work they do providing support, information and encouragement to families of babies and pre school children with special needs and/or disabilities. The charity is based in Hornchurch and so far in my marathon journey I am very grateful for the help and support I have and will continue to receive from Michelle and all those at First Step.
