Nightingale House offers a wide range of facilities to local people and their families living with life-limiting illness. Patients come from Wrexham, Flintshire, Denbighshire and outlying areas. Each year it costs £2.2 million to run the hospice, of which £1.9 million must be found through fundraising.

I don't really need to say too much. I've decided that this year my 10k challenge will include raising as much money as possible for Nightingale House Hospice, in memory of Matt. I urge you to dig deep and donate a couple of pound of your hard earned cash. It is for a very worthy cause.
