Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On Sunday 25th April 2010, I am going to run the London Marathon. I've got a fair bit of training to do between now and then as I've never run that far before.
However, I'm not taking part just for the personal challenge but will be raising money for BIRT, the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust (part of the disabilities trust). BIRT offers specialist rehabilitation for people recovering from all forms of brain injury, whether caused by illness, stroke, or accident - something I've witnessed first hand during the course of my mum's recovery from a brain tumour this year. Please give generously to help support the work that BIRT does getting people like my mum back on their feet again.
