So, yes – I’m running the marathon. For a great cause: Save the Rhino.

Growing up in Africa, I saw the work done by conservation staff first hand. Their efforts are admirable and important – but take place in extremely difficult circumstances. Last year 668 rhinos were killed for their horns in South Africa alone - and 2013 is set to be even worse.

It’s cruel and unfair and terribly sad. And it may mean some species vanish from the planet forever. So please, please sponsor me – even if it’s just a small amount. I’m after everything I can get!
