Hey there!

 

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page, and yes yet again (4th time now) I will be running the London Marathon.  This time I am fortunate enough to have my bother as a running mate and together we are doing our bit to lose weight and help a worthy cause.  Bej has done well to get in shape and lose 12kg.  I seem to have put on weight even though I am training hard - something has gone wrong!!!

 

I will keep my story short.  There are about 3000 tigers left in the wild.   If you live in a city or heavily populated area there are more people in a 1 square mile radius of you then there are Tigers in the wild!

This is the the chinese year of the tiger, I was born in 1974 which makes me a Tiger too. So this is the year for us to do our bit to ensure our children and grandchildren can share in the knowledge taht the wondorous Tiger is not just a animal that they see in books and on TV - it is something that still shares our Earth with us.

 

The charity through which I will be supporting Tigers is the WWF and I have had an opportunity to work quite closely with them recently and I admire the work they are doing.

I know we are all facing tough economic times which is why its so important to remember that the laws of the universe dictate that the more you give the more you get.
