When I first decided to undertake this ridiculous challenge it was all about the event itself - achieving a lifelong dream of actually doing this, and doing it with some of my closest pals. I'm not required to raise any money, but as D-day draws ever closer, lots of you have been saying you'd love to sponsor me, and so here's your chance.

I'm running for Greenpeace. Our beautiful planet is on the brink of destruction, and it's going to take a mammoth effort from us all to save it. Think of the fishes and the polar bears.
