Frank Water sets up sustainable, community-owned clean water projects in some of the most water-scarce communities globally. To date we've worked with 789 communities, providing access to safe, clean drinking water to over 546,059 people. Join us and be part of the solution.

Story

Oliver Lynch-Bell, Joe Cooper and Chris Chisnall will be entering the Autumn 2009 Rickshaw Run. We will be traveling 2000 miles in a three-wheeled autorickshaw. This one cylinder 7hp beast will power us at a top speed of 55km/h (down a hill with a following wind) from Goa to Pokhara in Nepal.

This is all in aid of two great charities - Frank Water Projects and Maiti Nepal, so when you've donated on this page helping to reduce the 1 billion people worldwide who don't have access to clean drinking water, and the 2.2 million people who die every year from dirty water related disease be sure to head to our other page and do it all again.

Our other page www.justgiving.com/maitirickshaw is taking donations for Maiti Nepal who provide help, support, protection and rehabilitation to Nepali girls and women who are victims, or have been victims in the past of crimes such as domestic violence, trafficking for the sex trade, child prostitution, child labour and various forms of exploitation and torture.

Thanks for visiting our fundraising page.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It's also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Frank Water Projects gets your money faster and, if you're a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor us now!
