My story

 

So...12 weeks into training now and parting with my duvet at 6am some mornings is a bit of a battle of wills! Especially in these sub zero temperatures we have been enjoying! Got some legend running buddies though and up to 20 miles, so all going A ok:)

Medair is an amazing charity that focuses on emergency relief in disaster and conflict areas, particularly on the 'forgotten' emergencies. They have some fantastic employees, working in some of the most challenging environments and any donation towards their work, however small, would make such an impact.
