Hello!

I am running in this years Chester Half Marathon! Its something ive always wanted to do and started training on the 26th January. I will do it and im targetting under 2hrs as my goal!

I've decided to raise money for Prostate Cancer, something our family have recently had to deal with and something that affects a massive number of men every year. 35,000 diagnosed cases and 10,000 men die every year from this Cancer.

29th Jan Update - Thanks Mark and Dave for kicking this off! My Lovely wife has decided that she will tag onto all the hard work i have done already! and join my page, sorry its our page now!
