Jewish Blind & Disabled is the only Jewish charity providing mobility apartments with 24/7 on site support for people aged 18 upwards who have physical disabilities or impaired vision. The life of each tenant is transformed by this opportunity to live independently with the dignity of choice.

Story

A few months ago Mr Andrew Passer decided that he was bored, so he decided that it would be fun to run up a mountain. Then two. Then three. Quickly. So he found three large, meaty, manly mountains to run up (the biggest in Yorkshire) and then roped in his children, Katie and Mark, as well their better halves, Adam and Jess, to run up these mahoosive mountains with him. In 12 hours. Yikes.

So on the 20th of August the Passers & Co will be doing the Yorkshire Three Peaks, a 39.2 km course up and down three huge mountains. As well as inflicting lots of pain it is all in aid of Jewish Blind and Disabled, a truly incredible charity which helps visually and physically disabled people, both young and old, to live independent fulfilling lives.

Whether you can give £1 or £1000, every little really does help so please donate what you can.
